Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19 has everyone doing life differently. One thing that isn’t different is the fact that we still have birthdays. Celebrating a child’s birthday while social distancing is absolutely doable. Here is how.

Hey, I’m Kat

Greetings virtual friends! I’m Kat, a sober travel coach helping people go on adventures without alcohol! I was a middle school Science, Conservation Biology, and Health teacher as well as a Behavioral Specialist so guiding kids and families brings me joy. Most importantly, I am a proud mom of teenagers. I believe life is all about creating courage within yourself and instilling courage into others. To date, I have been to nearly 30 countries and lived in Southern California, Oregon, and on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Currently, I live with my husband and our kiddos in Oregon. We love adventures in the Pacific Northwest as well as anywhere else that seems exciting.
